Nick has real estate in his blood. Growing up on the Gulf Coast, he worked for his father’s construction company, PCI Custom Homes, during high school along with his three brothers. After graduating high school, he went to the University of Central Florida where he received his Bachelor of Science degree from the Dr. Phillips School of Real Estate in Orlando. While he was in his freshman and sophomore years of college, he worked for Realty Capital Advisors specializing in commercial real estate both office and industrial.
Deciding that he wanted to get into the residential market, he worked for Mattamy Homes during his junior and senior years and stayed with Mattamy Homes after graduation. It was from there that Nick made the transition to Engel & Völkers working in the Orlando Downtown office selling both residential homes and investment properties.
Looking to be closer to his family, Nick transitioned to the Engel & Völkers Venice Downtown office where he continues to share his passion for competence, exclusivity, and all-around concierge service with his clients. Nick loves to help his clients with acquiring wealth through real estate. He enjoys finding his clients their dream home and making the process as seamless as possible.
When Nick isn’t helping his clients find their dream home, he is helping others with their health and wellness. Sometimes he gets to play golf too.
